Etherio is the first completely organic store in Cyprus.  It offers an alternative choice for today's informed consumers who want to know exactly what they are buying and eating. These consumers recognise their personal role in the development and maintenance of a healthy society, a healthy planet.
The first principle of "etherio" is to consider the subject of authenticity and the higher quality of organic products with responsibility and care.
As well as offering organic foodstuff, we have educational material about health issues, conservation and the protection of our planet. On the first floor there is a beauty salon where you can enjoy natural and effective methods for maintaining and enhancing your natural beauty.  All our cosmetic and aromatherapy products are organic.

Take - Away
Only organic ingredients are used in our Take-Away and Pizzeria.  Real flavour, Real food, cooked with love and flair.
All our dishes offer tasty flavours with high nutritional value, rich in nutrients and free from pesticide residue, preservatives, additives or hormones. All our raw materials are GMO free.
So strongly do we feel about the environment, that not only is our packaging made from recycled materials but our delivery services are operated by electric cars and motor cycles.

Why Organic
By choosing organic products we are choosing an authentic, natural source of nutrition which protects and enhances our health.  It also contributes to the protection of the environment we live in, which we need to leave as unblemished as possible for future generations. Organic products offer a great option for a child's diet.  Vitamins, fibres and other nutritional ingredients contained in the food are un-tampered with and are effectively absorbed into the body, a foundation on which the strong, healthy development of the child is based on. Organic products are the only products to be checked through the whole production cycle under strict EU guidelines.  As a result, you can rest assured when it comes to the quality of the products.

What to Look for
Based on international certification, all organically produced foods and products, both local and imported, are required to display the relevant seal of approval from the appropriate governing body, along with their certification number - a true guarantee of their pureness.
